New Year and a Healthier Me
I'm a married, mom of 3 boys, step-mom to 3 more, 5 of which are in college. As of May 2011, we now have a grandson, so no more excuses, it's time to get fit and healthy!

My Goals:
I started out at 189 on September 27, 2009. I've already lost 25 lbs. Idealistically, I would like to loose 40 more, but my husband thinks it would be too much.
My Program:
Meet with a Doctor and Nutritionist to evaluate my health and diet. Meet with a personal trainer 3 times a week for strength training. Do cardio minumum 30 minutes for at least 5 days a week and throw a few different classes every once in a while to mix it up.
