Health is key

I live in Alaska. Last year during the summer I found that I actually enjoy running, once I get started. For me the hardest thing about it is actually starting. I've been going back and forth on doing the Paleolithic diet and right now I'm at a spot in that that I think is alright, cutting foods with added sugar and artificial sweetener as well as limiting but not eliminating the other things that you avoid on Paleo. Other then that I'm 29 (as of June 25) and have a genetic predisposition ...

I've been going back and forth on doing the Paleolithic diet and right now I'm at a spot in that that I think is alright, cutting foods with added sugar and artificial sweetener as well as limiting but not eliminating the other things that you avoid on Paleo. Other then that I'm 29 (as of June 25) and have a genetic predisposition to being a little overweight due to slow metabolism. Other things that interest me include Trans-humanism, Futurism, cybernetics including prosthesis, and science in general.
