I fight to lose weight because I have hypothyroidism, and I am post menopausal. I would love to lose weight but seem only to be able to maintain, working out a half hour to 45 minutes a day, three to four days a week.

I'm 63 and want to do the Power 90 work out and see what I can improve at my age in 90 days. I'm going to do it at my own pace. There is SLIM IN SIX if you want to start slower. My adult children have done P90X and P90X2 with great results for the past two years. emoticon
