Learning to maintain and deal with depression.

Hello there I am Nick. After years of struggling with eating disorders (everything from anorexia/belumia to extreme overeating) brought on by my depression/anxiety/bipolar and being on and off all kinds of medications I have decided to make a change. I am sick of the yo yo dieting and sick of depression dominating my body, mind and social life. I signed up on my 18th birthday to help start a new chapter in my life and to get back to my post breakdown weight. I don't really have a miracle ...
I don't really have a miracle secret....I just track my calories, carbs & fat and work out as much as I can. I am not trying to rock a 28 inch waist or have an insane six pack. That just isn't me. I just want to lose about 40 lbs and be healthier and more fit. Even when I get to my goal weight I plan on continuing to stop by from time to time to make sure I can always be one step ahead of my eating disorders and make sure I don't go over or under where I want to be. I want to maintain a healthy body weight instead of yo yo dieting unhealthily like I have been for over a year.

My Goals:
lose some lbs, maintain my goal weight, gain a little bit of muscle & burn around at least 1500 calories per week.

My Program:
I mainly just walk..... I just try my best to walk/jog at least 3 hours per week. Nothing relaxes me more than a nice long walk/jog with my Ipod. I am lucky enough to live right next to a 25 mile walking/bike path. I also do weights 2-3 times a week and crunches when I can.

Hey!
Wanted to give you an update- I have been in the hospital for the last few days. I had a massive migraine which also caused a "mini stroke" in my left eye. I am mobile although I cannot run, jump, bend swiftly etc. I can see, but my eye tends to get tired and cross. :( But with all your support I will make it through all this and perservere Love you all!

I saw your post about the Derma Roller. Just wondering if you could let me know if it works for you after you've used it for a while. Good luck -n- thanks!

Sweet! Welp, you know all about me if you read about me on my little intro. I just need motivation to not give up on myself and to feel worthy of this journey. Sometimes my self esteem gets in the way- just like anyone else. Do you have a fit plan? Thank you for being my friend and nice to meet you :)
