My Goals:
I'm here to get healthy!!! This is a lifestyle change that I'm committed to keeping! Next year I plan to participate in the Danskin Triathlon. http://www.danskin.com/triathlon.html

My Program:
I eat a 1500-1600 calorie diet; 40-30-30 and workout 5-6 per week.

MONTHLY WORKOUT GOAL:
work out at least 32 hours a month!
