    It makes me feel fabulous to dress in a fashionable way,
    To me getting older doesn't mean losing your personality, your style.
    Maybe tone it down a bit. Smile!!
    Hope you are enjoying the Summer.
    It's been hot here, and I eat a lot less in extreme hot weather. Or I eat more healthy. Lot's of salads. Cool, foods. So taking advantage of summer and see if I can lose a little more. For winter can put it back.

    Hi Tim, Just read the message. I'm happy to hear how you feel. Your attitude to succeed is what you need , You have all the right things going for you. Attitude, determination and motivation and drive. You are doing it, you will continue to do it and you will succeed.
    It's been four years, five months since I started on my journey. Eve though I have reached a very happy place in my life. Health and fitness are good. this journey will continue.
    That's what makes a life time change so different from just a diet and weight loss. There's no quitting. You modify, but you have to stay observant and dedicated to living the healthy, fit way for life. Otherwise you can and will slip back in the abyss.
    The abyss of obesity is a place I never want to see again.
    I just had my four years anniversary here on Spark. I don't have any plans to leave. Being on Spark helps keep in staying aware of my daily goals and in touch with some fantastic friends .
    Hope you are enjoying the Spring and are able to get out and participate in outdoor activities.
    As much as i enjoy my gym time, I love what I do outdoors. There is something about walking, ,hiking , biking in the fresh air that exhilarating.
    I hope to have a new blog wth some new pictures soon. It's just a matter of finding time. Time and I , we are always at odds. Smile!!

    Hey, thanks for the support on my blog, it means a lot. Back issues are a pretty devastating thing to go through. Hoping yours gets better as well! I keep wondering if losing weight would help a lot more.
