I had back surgery in the summer of 2005 after I ruptured two discs and had an additional bulging disk. After surgery I was told I need to lose some weight or I would continue to have back problems. I started walking every night with our dog. I have already lost about 25 lbs and am just about halfway to my goal. My weight loss has recently stalled and I am going to jump start it again this year.

My ultimate goal weight is 135/140 lbs. The last time I weighted this much I was 13 ...

Most importantly, I realize the goal IS ACHIEVABLE!
