thanks for the comment on my blog! I hope it works for you too! I have been doing that for awhile now and as long as I put in the recipes in the recipe calculator and space out my snacks and don't go under my calorie intake or anything I am able to stick to my plan...it may not work for everyone but it works for me. I've also been very wary of eating outside places...I haven't really eaten out in a month or so (except for getting some veggie sushi take out once...luckily the calories were on sparkpeople for the sushi I got basically...but I'm trying to get used to smaller portion sizes and recognizing what foods are not good for me/too fattening/not enough protein etc before I venture into eating out or at social things (I'm not a very social person in general haha)...but yeah!
