My Goals:
I would like to lose 60 lbs this year...I started my program in late January 2008...I did alright last year, but I stopped. My 40th birthday is this August, and that was my original goal to lose the weight. I lost about 35 last year but lost focus ....I am working on carving out more time and sticking to my workout plan...that is a challenge for me more than the eating...I think I have that down pat!!
I work full time and have a 12 year old son and a 3 1/2 year old son and my husband, who works two jobs...they (all) keep my busy!! It is a huge challenge to get ALL of my cardio in...THAT is all about to change.
My Program:
I joined the Biggest Loser Club online at the end of January 2008. I heard about SP from one of my friends there last year, So, I joined... you know, you can use all the support you can find on this journey. I try to keep things interesting by working out at home to the Biggest Loser videos and bike riding, and soon I think I will get back out on my roller blades...some fun things to do with my 12 year old son. We also have WiiFit...that is like having a home gym and personal trainer...and no monthly fees!
I want this to be the year that I finish what I start....40...my new beginning as a new me...
Personal Information:
I grew up in Michigan, but I moved to sunny south FL in the fall of 1995...in 2001, I moved to Atlanta, and I have been in SE coastal Georgia since November 2003.
