2012... the world keeps spinnin' around

I'm doing this, no more excuses. No more binging or irrational eating because it only makes me feel bad about myself afterwards. This year will be my year and for once I'm not just saying that. I will make the necessary changes, I'm going to get to my healthy weight. I don't care if I'm going to have to sweat like a pig or cut back on junk food. YAY for YOU TIME! And WHOO HOOO for spring break! I am sure you could REALLY use it about now!

Not much new over here, I have an appointment with a specialist on the 24th that I am ANXIOUSLY awaiting.... I was finally making progress again, but then went way of track this last week! So I am fighting my way back now... (trying to anyway) This can be so tiring sometimes can't it? Counting everything, working out.... especially when the weather is bad, all I want to do is snuggle up in a blanket on the couch. lol
Ok back to trying to be FOCUSED ;)

Hey Tiffany!

I haven't seen you around the threads & just checking in to make sure you're okay. I know school gets rough but add in at least 20 min of exercise 3-4 times a week so you don't get too stressed out. I hope to see you on the thread soon! You're welcome back any time you want and if you want to be an "active" again, just let me know!

Hi Tiff!!! It's been a long time since I've been on here!! It's good to see that you're still active on this site! How are you doing? Are you ok? I've been really motivated since the beginning of the year and I am trying not to lose it. How are you doing?? I haven't talked to you in a while.. How's school? Seems like you are quite busy, according to your LJ! I gained back some weight during the holidays and stuff, but am almost down to my lowest again, and intend to get to my goal this year, or else! I'm going to FL in 17 days, so I'm pretty excited about that, too. :) Warm weather, yay!!
