My Goals:
I need to lose about thirty pounds and firm up.

My Program:
I have just started this program and haven't done a lot yet. I have done a little exercise tonight with some weights and an exercise ball; I am trying to choose more salads and fruits and vegetables at meals and read inspirational materials.

Other Information:
One of the books I am keeping handy right now is "1001 Ways to Relax" because I tend to get uptight, and I think this leads to emotional eating.

Make sure not to make your exercise at least 4 hours before bed you will be up all night. I finally got my walk in and I did 1.64 miles in 36 min. You will regret not getting your exercise in. I was falling asleep on my soma and I said to myself to hell with this and went for my walk the cold sure woke me up LOL!
