I am 25 YO, new wife, with two children and expecting to graduate, with a M.Ed, May 2016 (YAY). I have been in consistent contact with my PCP and making a plan that works for me and all my restrictions and needs. I'm no longer hypertensive, thanks to a better diet and exercising, however, these scales are NOT budging.

My Goals:
My goals are simple: become healthy, have fun while exercising and losing weight (250 to 175), meet my kid's kids, enjoy life and look better naked.

My Program:
My fitness plan:
-visit the gym at work 3x a week for strength training,
-continue using my elliptical 5-6x 30-45 minutes a week for cardio and,
-attend a weekly Zumba class.

My nutrition plan:
1410 - 1760 Cal/day
-Following a balanced meal plan,
-no restrictions just moderation and,
-portion control
