Hey! So you ran a marathon in 95?! Which marathon? I have that on my bucket list but with a full time job, a toddler, and a lot of side projects going on, I just haven't recommitted myself.
Nice work on the pound gone! WooohoooO! So my confession is that I didn't plan out my food last week and as a result, I totally blew my calories. My week was insanely busy and instead of scheduling workouts I went with the flow which meant I didn't get nearly as much in as I wanted. That being said, this week is different and better! I have all of my meals planned out and all of my workouts. Now I just need someone to kick my butt if I get lazy again!

Hey there! So how is your challenge going? I went head strong for two days straight and then hit a rut with the work week being 100% meetings. I didn' plan wellfor that! So that is next week's change up for me. Even though I don't like planning, I will have to plan every single meal and snack or I won't be able to stay on course!
Anyway, I also fell off with exercise this week, but today through Sunday I'm aiming to reclaim some of the week!
