My goals are first and foremost to get rid of this fat that hangs over my bra...I hate that. Then I'd like to begin to see some other changes, like less jiggly arms and thighs. Smaller pants size, smaller underwear....I know that sounds funny but I think many of you will understand...

Be sure to log everything in the nutrition tracker so you can see all the nutrients you are getting - where you may be getting too much or not enough.
