Wahoo lets log......

I have steadily gained weight over the past 5 years and am tired of it. I can do this and want to do this for many reasons! My most recent motivation is a bet with my sister and a cruise as the end result.

OK I am certain I want this to stay healthy, which according to all the docs I am as healthy as a teenager. So why did I have two stokes??????????????? Who knows, but NO bad can come from being healthier!

Thanks for visiting my blog today. I appreciated your comment. I would love to visit Colorado sometime. I have heard that it is very beautiful. Right now, I am taking a virtual walking tour to Denver. (I walk the miles, then as I have enough to reach a place, I look it up and write about it. I've learned a lot doing that, but I haven't quite reached the Colorado border yet.)

Thank you for the awesome goodie! After the busy week I had, I could use a hardcore workout with my very own personal trainer.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Hi, and thank you for stopping by my blog and adding me as a friend. How nice to meet a Sparker who lives so close! Or at least, not so far, lol. The meetup group you asked about can be found here: http://www.meetup.com/14er-Training-Fitnes
s/

If you aren't familiar with meetup.com, you will have to join before you can join the groups, but it is free and easy to do. I went hiking today with two people from another group I just joined, and we went out 285 South from the Littleton area, to Pine Junction, and then turned east? Either east or further south, at Pine Valley Road, which we followed past Buffalo Creek to a road that went toward something lake. Darn, can't remember the name of the lake. But I'll find out. It was an awesome hike, even though it drizzled on us all day and I was soaked to the skin halfway through. Must get waterproof jacket! Hope we'll have the opportunity to meet at some point!

They are benign fatty tumors--lipomas. Common in dogs, not so much in cats. But she is A-ok. I am so relieved. Thanks for thinking of us.
