Not sure how to start

I have been on a weight roller coaster for quite some time, I allowed myself to get down about it and I quit trying but now I have a renewed determination to win. I'm going to do it this time. Not just for me but also for my grandchildren, so that they will know what healthy looks like.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 95 pounds, I would love to lose it by my birthday, but realistically I'll take what I can get.

My Program:
I have started drinking more water and less pop and juices. I have been trying eat my meats either baked, broiled or boiled but I love fried chicken without the skin. I have been eating a lot of greens, broccoli,squash, corn, and most of my foods I add green, yellow and red peppers to add flavor.

Girl I am so sorry to hear about the bone spurs I cant imagine how painful that would be. You can do some lifting weights are good for the arms. Get well soon

Thanks for the comment on my blog. It has been difficult to get all of my nutrition in. I didn't like cottage cheese before well jus plain I don't and I only like certain kinds of yogurt. You'll get there just track it and see what happens. Oh and congrats on the 10lbs loss. KEEP IT UP YOU WILL BE AT YOUR GOAL IN NO TIME emoticon
