I have been a member of spark people for 2 years now. I am happily married and a mother of 4 children ages 6, 4, 2 $ 3 months. My starting goal was to lose 40lbs, eat a little healthier & exercise more regularly. I lost 26 pounds and then I was stuck at the same weight for about 6 months because I was not very faithful about sticking to my calorie range and exercising enough. I need to be more disciplined this time around and stick with tracking food and exercising until I lose all the weight I would like to lose.

Just stopping by to say Hi and introduce myself. I am Sunny and I am a Falcon too. I had to drop out of Challenge 21 when my Sis had a medical crisis but thrilled to be back for 22.

I have four kiddos too - 8,6,4,2. They keep life busy, right? . My youngest is to that pretty independent stage so she isn't a baby anymore. I don't know if I am happy or sad about it. BLC is great and The Ivory Falcons are awesome! So glad you are a part our team! I added you as a friend and I look forward to getting to know you better!
