I have been a member of spark people for 2 years now. I am happily married and a mother of 4 children ages 6, 4, 2 $ 3 months. My starting goal was to lose 40lbs, eat a little healthier & exercise more regularly. I lost 26 pounds and then I was stuck at the same weight for about 6 months because I was not very faithful about sticking to my calorie range and exercising enough. I lost 26 pounds and then I was stuck at the same weight for about 6 months because I was not very faithful about sticking to my calorie range and exercising enough. I then became pregnant with my 4th child and put my weight loss goals on hold. Now I am pretty much starting over with my original goals since I once again have a bunch of weight to lose. I need to be more disciplined this time around and stick with tracking food and exercising until I lose all the weight I would like to lose.
