Getting stronger!

SparkCoach suggests setting a fitness goal and my plan to reach same today. I have a fitness goal -- beating my time in the Teal Lake Swim next July. I swam the 2.25 miles in 2 hrs. 13 min. this past July. I would like to swim it in 2 hours or less next July. I am swimming 4 miles per week. I swim 1 mile each morning, M, T, Th, and Fri. I take Wed. off because when I was swimming all 5 days, I was too tired to do anything else. I try to walk or do some heavy housework on the days I ...

Thanks for the encouragement and advice about the websites for spinning. Yes it is a Kromski and was already set up, but I believe that there is a tension spring that is not correct. The directions with it are not good. I was hoping for more time this winter to work on it, but the weather has left lots of other things that need doing. My yarn so far is very lumpy, but may make an interesting pattern of thick and thin. I will let you know how it goes. Have added you as a friend as an easier way to keep track. Thanks again.
Hope that your sparking is going well. It has been a January with a lot of traveling for me and that always makes it difficult!

I live in a small town as well, and was shocked to discover the availability of a pool! My body is tired today so I will take it a little easier tomorrow, but it's a good tired!

I'm so jealous! Aqua aerobics yeah! I love swimming (dread the bathing suit LOL), but I live in a small town where the nearest pool is over an hour away emoticon Hope you have fun with it, and take care.
