Getting stronger!

SparkCoach suggests setting a fitness goal and my plan to reach same today. I have a fitness goal -- beating my time in the Teal Lake Swim next July. I swam the 2.25 miles in 2 hrs. 13 min. this past July. I would like to swim it in 2 hours or less next July. I am swimming 4 miles per week. I swim 1 mile each morning, M, T, Th, and Fri. I take Wed. off because when I was swimming all 5 days, I was too tired to do anything else. I try to walk or do some heavy housework on the days I ...

Thanks for stopping by my blog. As I have lost weight the compliments do throw me. I am trying to learn how to handle them. This is the first compliment that was really physically expressed though LOL emoticon

Thank you so much for the encouragement on my blog! I really appreciate you taking the time to do that.

For health is really the only way to do this, but it's so hard to stay motivated when we don't see progress.
