Hi Tracy! Welcome to Christians Who Want to Lose Weight. I just started with Sparks in January and have been having the normal ups and downs with trying to lose weight. But, the one constant I have is knowing that I can rely on God - and I sure do! It's great to find other believers on the site too. If you're looking for a friend to write too, let me know. I have a couple of friends thru Sparks and it's great to have someone to talk to who's going thru the same struggles as yourself! Have a great day and keep on keeping on!

Hi, I was just looking at you food log and it looks to me like you may not be eatting enough. Spark recommends you eat no less then 1200 calories. I was tried to stay around 1400 and have been pretty successful in losing my weight. Spark has a couple of articules on how the body wont let you lose weight if you dont eat enough. I found that if I didnt eat enough I lost less.
