I'm Bringin' Sexy Back!
I have lost my motivation to work out and want to get it back so I will be energized and feel better about myself. I have been on and off the workout wagon for a few years. I have started and quit several programs. I just get bored and stop. I am also about instant gratification so I get discouraged. On January 18, 2010 I am starting a mix of Julian Michaels DVDs to jump start my progress. I hope that by mixing the routines, I will not get bored as quickly. My ultimate plan is to ...

On January 18, 2010 I am starting a mix of Julian Michaels DVDs to jump start my progress. I hope that by mixing the routines, I will not get bored as quickly. My ultimate plan is to start Insanity by April 1 so I can be in the best shape of my life by June 2, my 34th birthday. After that I want to train for the Honolulu marathon that will happen on 12.12.10. 2010 is going to be my year!

My Goals:
150-by February 14 Treat myself with a spa day. 145- by March 15 get a new bag or new pair of shoes. April 1, 2010- Start Insanity Workout 140- by April 15- get some new clothes (no shopping until this weight) 135- June 2, my birthday. Makeover with new hairstyle and new outfit. December 12, 2010 run Honolulu Marathon.

Other Information:
I was a workout fiend for about 2 years, I didn't miss a workout. I changed jobs and took on a much more stressful position, that I was unhappy with. At that time, my workouts went to the wayside. I have since left that position and am getting my life, especially my workout habits back.
