OK all here it is... my fitness schedule! I have to stick to this.

Mon - Fri- 2-3 miles walk on treadmill in AM, Walk to and from work,
Tue- Thur- Sat- Do 30 minutes of Strength training.

Eat Right!
Keep within my Calorie range.
Eat atleast 4 fruits a day
Eat atleast 4 veggis a day
Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water a day.

Ok enough working and time to play!! Hope you are ok, I miss chatting with you. How was your Christmas? Are you doing well with your eating and exercise? I have started back to Weight Watchers and so far down 7 lbs. I am not doing great on the exercise yet but that is the next step. Take care and come back to the chit chat!!

Have been doing good here, still have not gotten to where I want to be, it is a very slow process. I have walked with paulette a few times this summer, she has been busy also. Maybe we can plan another walk at spooner, that would be fun, before it gets too cold up there. Doug and I have gone camping a couple of times and done some hiking, and we did go up to idaho, took our bikes and rode a nice bike trail in boise. but other that that we have not done much. I do still walk our dog here at home at least 6 days a week. Hope to see you soon. have a great week. emoticon
