My Journey

Weight lost seems to be a journey, it's up to me if I will win or if I will loss. I really want to lose weight. I am up and down. I know I need to stay consistent. I am trying really hard. I must try harder. It is possible and I will lose this weight.

My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pounds. I want more energy.
I want to be able to play with my children, without getting tired.


My Program:
To meet my goal, I am exercising. I walk on the treadmill and I do workout videos from online. I hope to be jogging by the end of summer. I am also watching what I am eating. Stay positive and don't allow slip ups to interfere in my overall goal.

Other Information:
I love to read books and listen to music. Recently, I started to listen to my ipod while walking on the treadmill. It made it so much easier.

yeah this book is ridiculous..
its PLATOS REPUBLIC.. i have to read it for school dont get me wrong the book is really good, but it just messes with my head in the sense its hard to read word for word, i have to go over it and over it.
