So I reached my goal weight!

Hi you don't know me but I'm Tema and 6 months ago you wrote on my blog about my son Antoine...he passed away on Jan. 6, 2012...I know this is a long time coming but I just couldn't read those comments until tonight....Thank you so much truly for thinking of us in our time of need.....Your words meant so much to me....I wish you and your family all the best again thank you for thinking of me....

Hey. Thanks for posting. I'm doing fine, just terribly busy. How are you doing?

I have been doing great on my weight loss and fitness. I even went skiing for the first time. emoticon But I wasn't that great this week, I'm not sure what the scale will show.

I'm starting new fitness program on monday. It's interval training and as much as i've seen it it's really motivating and fun. I have a schedule for 20 weeks of workout combinations, I really hope I can do all 20 weeks.
