Hey. Thanks for posting. I'm doing fine, just terribly busy. How are you doing?

I have been doing great on my weight loss and fitness. I even went skiing for the first time. emoticon But I wasn't that great this week, I'm not sure what the scale will show.

I'm starting new fitness program on monday. It's interval training and as much as i've seen it it's really motivating and fun. I have a schedule for 20 weeks of workout combinations, I really hope I can do all 20 weeks.

Hi, TLC505! Thank you for replying! Well, I am mostly watching over my caloric intake, and balancing my meals, you know the veggies, and fruits, and fats, and so on. I recently started tracking my calorie differential report daily. I did notice that the 500 calorie diferential daily, for 7 days, did make me loose 1 pound. However, I feel like I am starving myself. I have lost the weight rather quickly, as I have only been in the plan since January 9 2012. I started at 149 pounds, and I am at 135 now. I have to admit that on weekends I just forget about my regimen, and go on mental "vacations". Hehehe!!! But the excercising gets me back on track quickly. However, these last five pounds, OMG! My body is really resisting. I am not fixed onto loosing them, but I know I could. Im simply waiting for the miracle to happen one of these days! Ha! Anyway, any advise I can get, I will try it!

emoticon Your story and blog entries have inspired me, as I have to loose about the same amount of weight that you set your goal to. I am finding it really hard to loose all the pounds so quickly, as I dont always have the time or opportunity to excercise every day. However, I would like to have as many pointers from you as possible. I am kind of stocked between 136 and 135. You have been really inspiring, stay healthy!!! God bless you and your family! Congratulations! emoticon I can't wait to be able to say I reached my goal. emoticon

At the rate I'm going now I should reach it by the end of spring. A little later that I expected, but I should be in shape for the summer.

How are you doing with the planks? I must say those are killing me emoticon I have to start working more on my upper body. emoticon

My brother is finishing highschool this year and they have a dinner party (I don't really know how to call it). Anyway, I went to get a dress but wasn't expecting much. But I have to say, in danger of sounding a bit vain, I look fantastic in that dress. I don't want to take it off. emoticon And I can't wait to look that good on the party. He goes to the same school I used to go to and I was never really skinny. So I really want to make an impression. emoticon

Congratulations for your weight loss!! I'm so happy for you. I'm sure this will motivate you to stick to the bootcamp challenge.

I lost a little over 1 lbs this week. I can't say I didn't expect more but I'll take whatever I can get. :)

I had some problems fiting the bootcamp videos in my workout. So now I just print the exercises and then do those as I can. I have some problems with planks and push ups, but I hope I will get more strength until the end of the challenge.

I passed the exam, actually I did much better than expected. I got over 80%. Now I just have to do the oral part, but that won't be as hard.
