Be happy and stay true to myself
I did a complete overhaul on my dietary intake. I include lots of fruits and veggies, and have a good handle on my portion control. I still enjoy my cheat treats once in a while. I find the holidays are tempting with all the delicious home baking and delicious foods, but come January, I adjust my intake, and do at least three body cleanses within the month. That way I can start with a "clean slate". Filling your plate half full with veggies, one third protein, and a quarter carbs, is the key to portion control...oh yea...and just being active is key too :-)))
I live in Ontario, Canada, have two beautiful kids, 23 & 19 and two wonderful step-kids 16 & 14. I enjoy being busy with work, and with the kids.

Oh my goodness, somehow I totally overlooked your message! So sorry friend! It has been awhile. How have you been??
I am sort of singing that same ol' tune...can't get in my groove..In August I participated in the Warrior Dash of the Rockies (you can check out my blog), which was a blast, but shortly after sort of got into a funk and some pounds have crept back on. Not that I am happy about it, but I am conscious of it and I know what I need to be doing, so I don't feel completely sabotaged! Then again, knowing what to do and doing it are two totally different things! LOL
Anyway, the important thing is, I am here today and I want to be proactive about my health and I don't want to be a couch potato!
Here is to a great week for us! Stay strong~You look great and you are doing Awesome!!
