Yeah, I believe you have to go to my page to comment. To allow people to see your food log it's in the same place as where you change your layout colors. To do your weigh in go to the top under start and then on the left hand side there's a spot where you can weigh in.

I really enjoy it. :) I set it up so people can even view my food log. lol... That way it's easier to get caught when I cheat. :P
