I am a 33 year old mother of one and I have needed to lose this baby weight….
Yeah some excuse that is…My baby is now 8-1/2 years old. I have been using that old excuse for that long and it’s hard to believe that 8 years have passed!!! My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and to be active and I want to be the best wife and mother possible.
I want to be around to grow old with my husband and watch my child grow up. I want to make healthy choices and I want to be in the best shape of my life. I want to be that person that people ask “Hey how did you lose the weight?” I want to motivate people. I want people to know that if I can do it they can do it too!! Now that’s my goal!!!


My Program:
I am using spark to help me with this journey and final change so that I can be healthy. I am logging all calories in the food tracker. Exercising daily will help me too. I am logging all of those minutes as well.
I am making healthy choices! I am choosing more fruits & veggies and drinking lots of water. I cut soda out of my diet completely.
I have finally mentally prepared myself for this life style and I am ready to conquer this!!!


Personal Information:
Currently reside in the heart of it all - the great state of Ohio!!

I am married and have a wonderful husband and a VERY energetic 8 year old boy.

I'm going to the gym tonight to try a Zumba class...I hear it's really fun. I think your goal to get to the gym this week is great! Hopefully you won't need to be plowed out to get there! emoticon
