One step at a time
I am a 32 year old mother of two very avtive boys. I would like to be a healthy weight for the first time in my adult life. I love to exercise, once I get there and enjoy eating healthy foods. Often times a busy schedule get in my way of doing the right thing. I have been overweight most of my life. I would really like to lose the weight to get healthy, and be a good example to my children

In order to meet my goals, I have headed back to the gym. I very much enjoy the gym when I go, gerring myself there is half the battle

I work full time as a Project Manger and go to school full time. Finding enough hours in the day is often difficult
