My Goals:
To be healthy at 30, just over 5 months away. I know I won't be at my ideal weight, but I can be closer than I am now.

My Program:
Counting calories, which seemed so simple. I'm finding that finding a balance isn't so easy. But I working on it everyday.

As far as workouts I'm aiming for some cardio 6 days a week. Once I get comfortable with that I'll add some strength.
