Hello! I am mom to two small children. Ever since I had the first child 5 years ago, I have gotten out of shape. It is so hard to find time to exercise because I don't want to spend time away from my kids! Spark People is awesome and helps me stay focused!

My Goals:
Get back to pre-pregnancy weight from 5 years ago. Eat healthier Exercise 3x per week Cook healthier food for my family Have more energy so I can take care of kids, run this household, and volunteer in my community with joy!
My Program:
Track calories and nutrients Group exercise class 3x/week Strength training at home twice/week Try one new healthy recipe OR modify an old recipe to be healthier each week
