I'm 44 years old, married and we have a 11 year old son. I have been obese since my early 20's. I have always been active, though...active, but I do not have any control over my eating habits...I want all and I want it now!
As of 05/2012 I hired a Personal Trainer. I was doing well, but as of 09/2012 I TOTALLY mesed up BAD. I guess I let EVERYTHING bother me, and since I do not drink or smoke, etc...I EAT when I am depressed. I also eat when I'm: happy, sad, excited, mad.
I need to let the little things slide off of me, and concentrate on working out more and eating healthier...one.minute.at.a.time.
1. To walk/run a 5K in my area...hopefully in the spring of 2012!
I SIGNED UP FOR A ST. PATRICK'S DAY 5K FUN RUN TODAY!!! Race Day: 03/17/2012 **UPDATE-It was only a half of a 5K-1.5 miles-jeesh!!!**
2. To *finally* get a sports bra that lifts the gals up!!!
3. To exercise (even walking) at least 5 days per week
4. To eat more protein
I am "starting over" again
1. Log my foor EVERY DAMN DAY
2. Exercise EVERY DAMN DAY (even if it is just walking).
3. NO FAST FOOD. NO CANDY. NO "JUNK FOOD"
I live in the beautiful White Mountains of N.E. Arizona. It snows here in the winter!
I love to take motorcycle trips with my hubby. We just celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary.
