today IS tomorrow!

I've been watching what I eat or officially on a diet for as long as I can remember yet I always slip up or tell myself, "I'll start over tomorrow" whenever a temptation comes around (almost daily!). My Goals:
My first big goal is to be able to comfortably wear every pair of pants in my closet - a feat that is getting increasingly difficult :) Other goals/rewards are as follows:
150 = Pedicure
145 = Whole new outfit
140 =
135 =
130 =
128 =

My Program:
Track my foods and fitness each day
(EVERYTHING) and stay within my daily calorie allowances.

Run 3x/week and strength train 2-3x/week



Personal Information:
I am born and raised in Vermont and love it! There are so many wonderful active things to do here and I am determined to start doing more of them. I've recently discovered that I LOVE being active. My ultimate reward to myself will be a new Burton snowboarding jacket for this season!
