I'm new to community support for nutrition and fitness. Normally, fitness for me consists of instructors yelling at you to run faster or punishing you with push-ups. Having a challenging and structured plan makes more sense and allows me to have more control over my fitness.

Just wanted to check on you. I know you are doing important work for us and it can get hard over there. Just know that we are thinking and praying for you.
