I am now 37 and took too long of a break from Sparkpeople. I do think it's great! The food tracking has really helped. It is time to get back into tracking my food and finding balance between cardio - to manage stress and strength training - to tone things up!

I have 2 beautiful girls - Sydney- 5 years old and Madison (aka Maddie) 3 years old. I am married and my husband does most of the cooking. I appreciate this, though his meals are not always the most healthy.. and he ...

I have 2 beautiful girls - Sydney- 5 years old and Madison (aka Maddie) 3 years old. I am married and my husband does most of the cooking. I appreciate this, though his meals are not always the most healthy.. and he thinks every meal is better with a good glass of wine. I am hoping we can start to get back into healthy eating.

I tend to be motivated by feedback from others. The more friends I have pushing me along the greater the potential for success! That said, i am always looking for buddies to help this process along. :-)

Hi! I saw you on the Denver Team page - I'm not too far from you I'm over by Hampden and Simms. I've got 1 daughter (3 1/2). Good luck with your journey and let me know if you want to workout sometime.

HI Iím one of your co-leaders of the May 18, 2008 class. Iím very glad your found your way to SP. Good for you for already making your Sparkpage!
You have come to the right place for information, support, motivation and ideas. My first advice would be to learn your food/fitness trackers well and then USE them. They will get you and keep you on track. Then find a team or two that meet your goals or interests and then become active on them. Motivating others will certainly motivate you. If you have any questions, just ask through spark mail or give a shout on one of the message boards and someone will come running!! I wish you well on your journey. Good luck

Now letís be the BEST graduating class of 2008 by meeting our goals!!
