We are going through something similar with your hubby doing the high protein and you not doing that. It's definitely a challenge when it comes to meal time and I imagine more so for you since you have a family.

Thanks for stopping by! I was reading an article about how people are often "surprised" that they've put on weight, or can't shed weight even though they are "doing everything right."

Well.....unless you're slipping in extra oil when you're cooking, or eating meals out that you can't control as well....or having bits and bites while you're preparing meals.....

It adds up. Just sayin'!
