He TJ I quit smoking in Dec and gained over 20lbs. I had begun to be very depressed about the wt. gain. Today I decided to take back control and conquer my eating habits and exercise habits. I too was down around 187-190, and now am hovering around 215. I am tired also of 'being fat' But we can do this as long as we know what we need to do. For me, that means less carbs, not snacking too much, starting back my walking and counting my cals. I set a goal of 2lbs lost for this week, whats your goal for this week?
