My Goals:
To lose 25 pounds and become stronger.

My Program:
Exercise five days per week with cardio, strength training and more activity with kids (around home.) Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc. Eat less sugar and fat.

Personal Information:
I'm in my early 40's. I'm married to a wonderful man and have four great kids.

Other Information:
I love to scrapbook, read, watch movies and play with my kids. I'm usually at their activities, whether it is sports, scouts, or music.
