Is making a change for lifestyle not a diet!
Hey, I'm Tom..... I need to lose alot of pounds to reach my initial goal now.! I am tired of losing alot of weight only to immediately gain it all back. I am going to set out to be healthier overall, losing weight should just be a natural result of our new healthier changes.

My Goals:
Basically I have some very simple goals. *To eat only my alloted calories for the day/portion control. *To exercise a minimum of five times a week. - No eating after 7:30 pm. * I would like to complete a 5k sometime.
My Program:
Less soda and more water. Smaller portions. Less fried foods. Less processed foods. Become active daily! Cardo at least 4 times a week on a treadmill. Take more walks in the park. Weight training in the gym at work each day of the week.
