The Arnold Classic runs March 5. So I''m telling everyone this is my contest I''m preparing for. Adding cardio first thing in the morning has done the trick. I have now been able to add calories. This is making it possible to add muscle while becoming leaner. I have plenty of energy to destroy my workout and changes in my training move me in to a great future. I had a great 2015 and am looking at 2016 to see some big changes. I just turned 49 and looking to capturing the gold by 50.
