I just started back on the program and am only 3 days in so I'm still at a point where I have the laser beam focus of a newbie, lol! It's always a choice and more often than not when I've chosen to let exhaustion win it didn't feel good. 349 days ago
Thank you, TITANIA23, for your supportive comments on my blog. You know it could have been about my failing some of my goals, specifically nutritional with regard to my recent Chinese carryout order. I ordered like I used to before SP; the soup, the appetizer, two entrées that came with all the bells and whistles add-ons. We still have leftovers (I should throw them in the trash... I just hate to be wasteful). If only I had read MYOWNHERO's blog Conquering the Restaurant Minefield first. Have you read this blog?
Yes, I need to be sure I get enough fiber or I feel... just plain old heavy and slow and well, gross.
Did you see NANCYHOME247's comment? You know, I almost never meet all my nutrient goals in the tracker either. Especially potassium, magnesium, and folate. Do you? What do you do to try to get these in?
