The problem here is that I have little to no will power! I am a stay at home mom and wife and do pretty good when its just me and my youngest at home, but when everyone else is home, forget it... i EAT! i LOVE food!
So you see the picture of my sister and myself. She has been diagnosed with a thyroid problem.. my excuse? none... i'm fat! i feel horrible about myself and that makes it worse. It affects my relationships, my friendships, my life!
So i'm here (again) to change things! ...

So i'm here (again) to change things! I have 30 Lbs to loose to start! I really want to do this! My Husband is working on his 30 Lbs and he is doing great! its harder for me... he has someone to work out with, he has the privilage of a gym, i have neither of those. It makes it much harder. So i hope to be able to use my friends here, my groups here and get done what needs to be done... Loose it and to love myself!

Glad to hear from you...and thanks for asking. I am well. I have no trouble staying busy...I am currently working as Nanny to my youngest grandson...he will be 5 months old this week. I just wish they lived a little closer as it is a pretty good commute!

I am trying hard to get back to regular exercise with walking and T-Tapp...and doing all the recording stuff re: food. I would REALLY like to produce some results!!! I DO feel better since I started SP, but I am not getting lighter ..yet!
