The problem here is that I have little to no will power! I am a stay at home mom and wife and do pretty good when its just me and my youngest at home, but when everyone else is home, forget it... i EAT! i LOVE food! So you see the picture of my sister and myself. She has been diagnosed with a thyroid problem.. my excuse? none... i'm fat! i feel horrible about myself and that makes it worse. It affects my relationships, my friendships, my life! So i'm here (again) to change things! ...

It affects my relationships, my friendships, my life! So i'm here (again) to change things! I have 30 Lbs to loose to start! I really want to do this! My Husband is working on his 30 Lbs and he is doing great! its harder for me... he has someone to work out with, he has the privilage of a gym, i have neither of those. It makes it much harder. So i hope to be able to use my friends here, my groups here and get done what needs to be done... Loose it and to love myself! Where do I start? I'm One of Jehovah's Witness, baptized in 1991. I am married to a wonderful hard working man and have 2 very beautiful girls! I and my husband are working toward the goal of pioneering to some extent (him regular, me reg. aux for now) and teaching our children the truth!
