My Goals:
Stop the mindless eating of sweets or better yet, don't eat them at all.

Cut out the late night eating.

Move it, move it!

My Program:
Not giving in to head hunger when it comes to eating sweets. Wait and make sure it is really something I want and am hungry for it vs just eat from boredom or because it I think it will 'give' me something.

Eating late causes me to not be hungry for breakfast and leads to bad sleep, stop at 8:00 or sooner.

Get at least ten minutes in every night, go up and down the stairs more, and get up from my desk.

Personal Information:
I live in AR, not by choice but it's where the job was. Maybe someday.....

I was just thinking about you earlier today...wondering how you were doing. Thanks for the home gym!!!!!! I actually have a spare bedroom and plan on equipping it with an exercise bike and dumbbells to start! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
