My Program:
Recently committed to a minimum of 30 minutes exercise daily. I'm off to a great start! Even got the kids working out with me, too.

emoticon to the 40 somethings with 50-99 pounds to lose team. I am so glad you joined our team. Take your time familiarizing yourself with the site and visit the message boards for answers to your questions and loads of support. Remember to take small steps at first so that you can adjust to the changes you are making. Start by logging your food and looking for opportunities in your food log. Thanks for adding me to your friends I'm glad you did! It's storming here waiting for it to let up because I have a gym date with myself today I'm going to do cardio and today is also weights. I hope to hit that 100lb loss today I have 1 lbs, and I think today is going to be my day!! Then I only have 25 lbs to go!!
I know we can lose our weight and we're going to get it done!!! emoticon
