Glad you're back. I'd love to say I've been doing great and have reached all my goals, but I let work and life get in the way too! I'm so tired of beating myself up over this. I just need to find the motivation to make this a lifestyle change. Hope you're doing well. I started walking again this week, did 3 miles 3 days this week. I just started back too! I've started losing track and I know I just need to knuckle own.It's so dang hot! I'm looking forward to going back to Al Lopez too.
I started back to what worked for me in the beginning....committing to just 10 min. / day of cardio. For some crazy reason it 's enough to make me get off my duff. For me, if I get exercise worked in i'm much more likely NOT to blow it and keep my diet reasonable.
I'm spending some time cooking, chopping and packaging this weekend. Little changes really do magic! Don't beat yourself up. I think the goal setting process really helps me to focus. Now I.ve got to get moving myself! Hang in there girl! 2027 days ago
