Mom - I am joining the New YOU Bootcamp starting on Jan 4th. I thought it might be fun for both of us to do. Its for all fitness levels - you do a 10 minute spark video everyday and then 5x/week you do the cardio of your choice. Sounds like a good way to start the new years.
