I am hoping to lose about 10 pounds and/or lose some inches and gain some muscle toning. This should also allow me to get into a healthy living routine that I can keep doing for years to come.
I like to bike, hike, run and use some great workout programs on my Wii. This allows me to change things up and never get bored. I also do a little resistance band and weight training on my own.
Today SQUEEZE IT IN. Fit some exercise into your daily routine-try some counter push ups, squats while empty dishwasher, heel lifts or leg circles while standing in line. Lets keep those muscles awake and working for us.
