Don't give up....but don't be too easy on yourself! Everything you eat is something you choose to eat....make deliberate choices to eat healthy.....or prepare ahead of time for parties and other situations where you will be drinking! You have done well before, so I know you have it in you to do it again!!! Good job on the running. Take care of that foot because I will be there in 3 weeks!!!! emoticon
