Hey! Thanks for checking in on me all those months ago, I've not been sparking since August, but I missed the community and tonight I have reset my goals and I'm re-committing! I've started a diet called the Cambridge Weight Plan. It's very strict but I'm seeing great results and I will slowly start to wean myself back onto normal healthy eating and exercise.
For now, I intend to keep checking in and tracking my progress. Talking about progress, you're doing really well!! Well done girl, keep it up!
Hey, just reading up on your Out of the Darkness walk - what a brilliant challenge. Are you signing up for any other challenges to prepare for? I recently did a Charity bike ride and I am going to sign up for another because it really keeps me on track if I've got something I need to train for!
