Here I go again!

Hi. I am a 30 something wife and mom of one. I have always battled with the same 10 pounds since I was a teen. My mom, thank god, had really helped me a lot with this issue. She taught me to cut down on portions and maybe not go for the second helping of pie and that I shouldn't skip meals. I think that I may have ended up with an eating disorder if I hadn't had her support. I am glad I had that. She gave me exercising ideas, like walking the loop by my house a couple of times a day and ...

As I have aged, gone through my 20's and now into my 30's I have lost some of my good habits and need to get them back. I have tried weight watchers and ediets. Weight Watchers worked for me but I never got the concept of healthy eating and lifestyle. I think they all go hand in hand.
