A closet full of clothes I can't fit into.

So, here I am... starting again, bigger this time than last time. I have had a hard time with weight loss. I lose 10 pounds and then gain 11 back. I know what I need to do. I know what it takes to lose weight. I just can't seem to find the determination to stick with it. I hope this time will be different. I have recently had to buy new pants. I am up to a size 24 now which is the biggest I have ever been. My first goal is just to get back into my old clothes. I am turning 30 in August, ...

It will probably take losing 20 or so pounds to fit back into my clothes, so.... 20 pounds by my birthday to start with. Baby steps.

I probably have a couple other profiles on here, but I can't remember the usernames and/or passwords for them (and the recover password tool doesn't want to work for me) so I just made a new one again. :-/

My Goals:
My first goal is just to fit into my old clothes by the time I turn 30 on August 23rd. I think if I lose 20 pounds I will be able to do that, so that is where I will start.

My Program:
I have started walking on my breaks at work and I am trying to take the stairs more often. I plan to get at least 20 minutes of walking every day. Exercise is very painful for me but I am building up slowly.
I try really hard to avoid bad carb foods like white bread, rice, etc. I find I feel better and lose weight easier if I cut out white foods.

Personal Information:
I am from Salt Lake City and work a desk job at a local hospital. I like art and crafting (drawing, sculpture, sewing, crochet, etc.)

Other Information:
